Kelly Inouye is a San Francisco based artist. Her work documents some of the more obscure aspects of popular culture, playing with the idea of collective memory. Kelly's work has been exhibited nationally at venues including Morgan Lehman Gallery in New York and Southern Exposure and Interface Gallery in the Bay Area. Her work has also been featured in Watercolor Magazine and New American Paintings. She is a graduate of the San Francisco Art Institute and the University of California at San Diego in La Jolla. In addition to her studio practice, Kelly is a regular contributor to San Francisco Arts Quarterly.
